Welcome to the Smoke Collective Barbecue joint, where our journey from passion to plate began in 2017. Brought to you by a husband and wife team, our adventure started in our very own homebuilt food trailer.

Through hard work, dedication, and a dream, we've grown from serving kerbside, catering at large scale events to finally opening our very own restaurant - a place we proudly call home.

Here at Smoke Collective Barbecue, meat is the star of the show. 

Our specialty meats include:

Hot smoked Peppered Beef Brisket

 Sweet spiced rubbed Smoked Pork Belly

Smoked Beef & Cheese Kransky Sausage

Herb & spice coated Fried Chicken

Great tasting barbecue starts well before the meat hits the smoke.
We use quality products coming from local New Zealand farms, and suppliers.

Preparation begins on site, with our very own rub blends, using a mixture of herbs and spices.

When it comes to smoking our meat, we use American GMGs pellet smokers. These automated wood pellet smokers give us consistent heat and smoke throughout hours of cooking time.  We use a variety of wood pellet flavours, from mesquite to hickory & apple. Thanks to our GMGs, our meat comes out as tasty tender goodness every time. 

Once out of the smoker, our meat is ready to be enjoyed. Each meat can be combined with our other quality ingredients to suit your preferences. 

With buttery brioche buns for burgers, flour tortillas for tacos, fresh salad, or served on top of crunchy fries and topped with gooey cheese sauce, we have something for everyone to enjoy.

We are available for dine in, take out and private catering of both small and large scale.
